How long would it take you to run a marathon? It would take me about a week, that includes stops to smoke, use the restroom, grab a bite to eat...well you get the point. Last night, it took the Pirates 4 hours and 46 minutes. In what seemed like a game that could go on into the night, the Pirates finally fell to the Braves 7-6 in fifteen innings. To the defense of the current Pirates management the only way to build a quality farm system is to sell high on those veterans producing at a high level.
