WBS Pens Playoff Clinching Pep Rally

Tomorrow, Wednesday April 7th, the Wilkes Barre Penguins have the opportunity to clinch a playoff spot in chase of the Calder Cup. Since this season has been filled with ups and downs, I think it is necessary to focus on the positive and let the boys know we believe in them! So I decided to have a pep rally.....

Throughout this season there has been many times that I did not think the WBS Penguins would make the Calder Cup Playoffs with the way they were playing. However, now they are potentially one game away from clinching a playoff spot! It is time for some positivity!!!!

The team needs a win on Wednesday against Norfolk to clinch a playoff spot. When the WBS Penguins are at their best, they are awesome! When they want to, their offense is scary fast and shooting machines, their defense is basically impermeable, and the goaltending is spot on. All we need is for THAT team to show up to play tomorrow!

The fans want the Cup and I am sure the players want it ever more! We have to stand behind the team, cheering them on at every moment of every game from here on out. We must keep the faith!
