Brand New

I sat here and struggled to think of a way to begin my introduction.  Should I be self depreciating like so many blogs are?  Should I be raunchy and curse a lot because I do in real life?  I don’t know.  But I think the best way to do it is just like at a bar, “Can I buy you drink?”  But in that case, I would only be lucky if 3 people read this blog or I would be tremendously broke.  Or perhaps, throw out my favorite pick up line:

Me:  Hey, do you know how much a polar bear weighs?

You: No, how much?

Me: Enough to break the ice! Hi, I’m Julie!!

So, my game plan is to blog about Pittsburgh and surrounding area nightlife.  I will try to be open minded and check out what went on around the city the past weekend and report back to everyone.  There should be plenty of booze and good times involved, so I really hope you enjoy it as much as I will!!
