Celebrating its 150th episode this season, 24 is one of the most innovative, addictive and acclaimed dramas on television. In its first six seasons, the suspenseful series was nominated for a total of 57 Emmy awards, winning for Outstanding Drama Series (2006) and Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for star Kiefer Sutherland (2006). Season Six garnered a sixth consecutive Emmy nomination for Sutherland and second consecutive nomination for supporting actor Jean Smart.

"Day 7" of 24 promises to combine the show's unique and trend-setting format with compelling new elements. Each episode again will cover one hour of real time, as viewers follow JACK BAUER (Kiefer Sutherland) through another astonishing day.

Set in Washington, DC, "Day 7" opens four years after Season Six with CTU dismantled and Bauer on trial. Bauer's day takes an unexpected turn when former colleague TONY ALMEIDA (Carlos Bernard) returns. Meanwhile, newly elected President ALLISON TAYLOR (Cherry Jones) leads the country alongside White House Chief of Staff ETHAN KANIN (Bob Gunton) and First Gentleman HENRY TAYLOR (Colm Feore).

A national security crisis prompts an investigation by a team of FBI agents including JANIS GOLD (Janeane Garofalo), RENEE WALKER (Annie Wersching), LARRY MOSS (Jeffrey Nordling) and SEAN HILLINGER (Rhys Coiro). Although CTU is no longer, CHLOE O'BRIAN (Mary Lynn Rajskub) and BILL BUCHANAN (James Morrison) are back for another momentous day of shocking events.

Personally, I look forward to this show every week. It is definitely one of my action fixes. If you are the typical guy and like shows with explosions, fights and multiple shootouts, then this is definitely the show for you. It shows twists and turns that you think you can predict, but somehow, it usually takes you by surprise.

DR. GREGORY HOUSE (Hugh Laurie), devoid of bedside manner and dealing with his own constant physical pain, uses a cane that seems to punctuate his acerbic, brutally honest demeanor. His behavior often borders on antisocial, but House is a brilliant diagnostician whose unconventional thinking and flawless instincts afford him a great deal of respect. An infectious disease specialist, he thrives on the challenge of solving medical puzzles in order to save lives.

House shepherds an elite team of young experts who help him unravel diagnostic mysteries: plastic surgeon DR. CHRIS TAUB (Peter Jacobson); enigmatic "contestant" number Thirteen, DR. REMY HADLEY (Olivia Wilde); and enthusiastic, radical-thinking DR. LAWRENCE KUTNER (Kal Penn). He has a good friend and confidant in oncology specialist DR. JAMES WILSON (Robert Sean Leonard), but House maintains a somewhat volatile relationship with DR. LISA CUDDY (Lisa Edelstein), the Dean of Medicine and hospital administrator. Though the two are engaged in constant conflict over House's duties and unconventional behavior, even she would admit that his brilliance is worth the trouble. Neurologist DR. ERIC FOREMAN (Omar Epps) serves as Cuddy's eyes and ears on House.

Immunologist DR. ALLISON CAMERON (Jennifer Morrison) and intensivist DR. ROBERT CHASE (Jesse Spencer) are former members of House's team and no longer have to answer to him now that Cameron heads up Emergency Medicine and Chase works in Surgery at Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital.

Currently in Season Five with more than 100 episodes produced, House and Wilson have repaired their friendship in the aftermath of Amber's death, Cuddy is fulfilling her dream of motherhood after adopting an infant girl, Foreman has started a relationship with Thirteen who continues to battle the deadly Huntington's disease that threatens to shorten her lifespan dramatically, while House and Cuddy continue to determine exactly what type of relationship they share -- if any.

This is one of my favorite shows. The show boasts the main character being so much of an asshole to everyone around him that everyone knows it and has to awkwardly work around it. It is very interesting the kinds of medical disasters House and his team has to solve as well as the continual personal people skills that he does not possess.

From executive producers Hart Hanson, Barry Josephson and Stephen Nathan comes the fourth exciting season of BONES, a darkly amusing procedural with humor, heart and character, inspired by real-life forensic anthropologist and novelist Kathy Reichs.

DR. TEMPERANCE BRENNAN (Emily Deschanel) is a highly skilled forensic anthropologist who works at the Jeffersonian Institute in Washington, DC, and writes novels as a sideline. When the standard methods of identifying a body are useless - when the remains are so badly decomposed, burned or destroyed that CSI gives up - law enforcement calls in Brennan for her uncanny ability to read clues left behind in the victim's bones.

Most law enforcement can't handle Brennan's intelligence, her drive for the truth, or the way she flings herself headlong into every investigation. SPECIAL AGENT SEELEY BOOTH (David Boreanaz) of the FBI's Homicide Investigations Unit is the exception. A former Army sniper, Booth mistrusts science and scientists - the "squints," as he calls them -- who pore over the physical evidence of a crime. But even he cannot deny that the combination of his people-smarts and Brennan's scientific acumen makes them a formidable team.

Aside from Booth, Brennan is most comfortable with her equally brilliant colleagues at the Jeffersonian's Medico-Legal Lab. ANGELA MONTENEGRO (Michaela Conlin), an artist who specializes in reconstructing facial features and crime scenes, is Brennan's earthy and bawdy best friend; "the bug guy," conspiracy theorist DR. JACK HODGINS (TJ Thyne), is an expert on insects, spores and minerals; and DR. CAMILLE "CAM" SAROYAN (Tamara Taylor), the street-smart and centered coroner, must wrangle all the geniuses under her purview. Lending his professional expertise to Brennan and Booth is DR. LANCE SWEETS (John Francis Daley), a brilliant young psychologist who is equally adept at profiling murderers and interrogating suspects, providing "couples therapy" to Booth and Brennan and offering off-the-cuff psychological advice.

After Season Three's shocking finale in which Zack (Eric Millegan) was found to be an apprentice to the Gormogon serial killer, the two-hour Season Four premiere finds Brennan and Booth in London where they are asked by local officials to lend their expertise to a high-profile murder investigation. In the upcoming season Brennan and Booth will also deal with changes among the "squints" as well as in their own relationship, and a revolving group of graduate students pitch in to help solve murders with the hope of being offered a more permanent position on the Jeffersonian team.

A great show with a lot of laughs and grotesque corpses throughout. This is definitely a show I like based on the characters more than the storylines. I like how they sorta took every type of person and threw them all into one show.

NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) is more than just an action drama. With liberal doses of humor, it's a show that focuses on the sometimes complex and always amusing dynamics of a team forced to work together in high-stress situations.

NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), a former Marine gunnery sergeant, whose skills as an investigator are unmatched, formerly led this troupe of colorful personalities. Gibbs, a man of few words, only needs a look to explain it all. The team includes NCIS Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), an ex-homicide detective who may come off as the world's oldest frat boy, but whose instincts in the field are unparalleled; forensic specialist Abby Sciuto (Pauley Perrette), a talented scientist whose dark wit matches her Goth style and eclectic tastes, NCIS Special Agent Timothy McGee (Sean Murray), an MIT graduate whose brilliance with computers far overshadows his insecurities in the field and Ziva David (Cote de Pablo), a former Mossad agent who shares a bond with Gibbs over the death of his arch nemesis, Ari, the terrorist who killed former NCIS Special Agent Kate Todd.

This happens to be one of my top shows. Being in the military, it adds a touch of home to every investigation. I will admit, there are sometimes that I can't see the ending. I will say that I feel I am pretty good at that too. They throw a lot of subtle comedy in the mix as well.

NUMB3RS is a drama about an FBI agent who recruits his mathematical-genius brother to help the Bureau solve a wide range of challenging crimes in Los Angeles. The two brothers take on the most confounding criminal cases from a very distinctive perspective. Inspired by actual events, the series depicts how the confluence of police work and mathematics provides unexpected revelations and answers to the most perplexing criminal questions.

A dedicated FBI agent, Don Eppes, couldn't be more different from his younger brother, Charlie Eppes, a brilliant mathematician who, since he was little, yearned to impress his big brother. Don is joined on his team by fellow agents David Sinclair, who utilizes his incredible perspective and the survival skills he learned growing up in the Bronx; Colby Granger, an Army veteran once stationed in the Middle East, who brings with him innovative methods to crime-solving; Liz Warner, a special agent who is also a former romantic interest of Don's; and newest agent Nikki Betancourt, a tough, street-smart ex-LAPD officer whose way of handling cases won't exactly mesh with how Don runs his team. Don and Charlie's father, Alan, is happy to see his sons working together even though he doesn't understand the intricacies of what Charlie does for a living.

I like Numb3rs mainly because of the character relationships. The math is intense and I get lost half the time with their equation craziness, but I honestly feel I am entertained while I learn some at the same time. It is not always predictable, but you know that Epps always gets his man.

From creator/writer Tim Kring (NBC's "Crossing Jordan") comes the Emmy and Golden Globe nominated "Heroes," an epic drama that chronicles the lives of ordinary people who discover they possess extraordinary abilities.
In its first season, "Heroes" was honored with a People's Choice Award, an AFI Award, a Multicultural Prism Award, the TV Land Future Classic Award and was named the TV Critics Association Outstanding Program of the Year. In addition, "Heroes" received Golden Globe Award, NAACP Image Award, WGA Award, Satellite Award and Emmy Award nominations.

After a total eclipse casts its shadow across the globe, seemingly calling forth a multitude of everyday men and women with special powers, Dr. Mohinder Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy, "Blind Guy Driving"), a genetics professor from India, continues to champion his father's theory that there are people with extraordinary abilities living among us. Claire Bennet, an indestructible high school cheerleader (Hayden Panettiere, "Bring it On: All or Nothing"), must hide her ability from her peers while working to maintain her relationship with her father (Jack Coleman, "Dynasty"), a man of mystery who has a keen interest in people like her. Niki Sanders, a Las Vegas single mother (Ali Larter, "Final Destination") with astonishing strength - and a dangerous, amoral mirror image (Jessica Sanders) - struggles to support and protect her young son Micah (Noah Gray-Cabey, "My Wife & Kids"), a genius who can interact with electronic machinery through touch. Matt Parkman, a police detective (Greg Grunberg, "Alias") from Los Angeles, attempts to put his ability to hear the thoughts of others to good use.

In Japan, Hiro Nakamura's (Masi Oka, NBC's "Scrubs") ability to pierce the space-time continuum and manipulate time has empowered him to change the future, as he embarks on wild adventures with his best friend Ando Masahashi (James Kyson Lee, "Shutter"). Nathan Petrelli, a congressional hopeful (Adrian Pasdar, "Judging Amy") with the ability to fly, has his dreams dashed after failing to stop his younger brother Peter (Milo Ventimiglia, "Rocky Balboa"), a nurse with the ability to absorb the powers of others, from exploding over the New York City skyline. And after this violent clash in New York, the fate of Sylar, a manipulative serial killer (Zachary Quinto, "24") dedicated to violently collecting the extraordinary talents of special people, is unknown. Meanwhile, in the Dominican Republic, a young woman named Maya Herrera (Dania Ramirez, "The Sopranos") and her twin brother, plagued by her threatening ability, attempt to make the dangerous crossing to the United States in search of help. And Monica Dawson, another young woman (Dana Davis, "The Nine") with newfound special abilities, would give up everything to help the people around her. Their ultimate destiny is nothing less than saving the world...

This is a show that solves the science fiction side of me. They can make this show go in any direction. It reminds me of the show 4400. Which is now probably done for good. People having different powers. I still like the idea and always wonder what would I have. It certainly wouldn't be flight or anything related, but maybe speed or something like that. I would take anything at this point in time!

From Deedle-Dee Productions, Reveille and Universal Media Studios comes the hilarious documentary-style look into the humorous and sometimes poignant foolishness that plagues the world of 9-to-5 in the half-hour comedy "The Office," based on the award-winning BBC hit. Since its premiere on NBC in March 2005, "The Office" has established itself as a genuine hit, earning prestigious television honors such as the 2006 Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series, 2006 Peabody Award, 2006 AFI Honor, Producers Guild Award, Writers Guild Award, SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy, Ace Eddie Award for editing and a Television Critic's Association Award for Outstanding Achievement in Comedy.

A fly-on-the-wall "docu-reality" parody about modern American office life, "The Office" delves into the lives of the workers at Dunder Mifflin paper supply company in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Regional manager Michael Scott (Golden Globe winner and Emmy nominee Steve Carell, "Get Smart," "Little Miss Sunshine") is a single, middle-aged man who is the boastful tour guide for the documentary.

With unshaken enthusiasm, Michael believes he is the office funnyman, a fountain of business wisdom and his employees' cool friend. He has no clue that his employees tolerate his inappropriate behavior only because he signs their paychecks. Painstakingly trying to be liked and to look cool, Michael comes off alternately absurd and pathetic. His prize possession is his "World's Greatest Boss" mug -- which he had to buy for himself.

Pam Beesly (Jenna Fischer, "Walk Hard," "Blades of Glory") is the reasonable and friendly office receptionist who bears the brunt of Michael's routines. The bright spots in Pam's day are her conversations with Jim Halpert (John Krasinski, "Leatherheads" "The Holiday"), a likable sales rep with a good sense of humor who should have found a better job years ago, but is too comfortable with his office mates and routine to leave.

Jim shares his working space with Dwight Schrute (Rainn Wilson, "The Rocker," "The Last Mimzy"), the arrogant assistant to the regional manager. Dwight is intensely irritating to normal people while Jim spends a lot of time finding new, interesting ways to drive Dwight crazy.

Ryan Howard (B.J. Novak, "Punk'd") is the young, smart, former temp, who quickly figured out the real office politics despite Michael's attempts to instill the official point-of-view.

Also starring are Melora Hardin ("Monk") as Jan Levenson, Ed Helms ("The Daily Show with Jon Stewart") as Andy Bernard, Leslie David Baker ("Malcolm in the Middle") as Stanley Hudson, Brian Baumgartner ("Arrested Development") as Kevin Malone, Kate Flannery ("The Heir Apparent") as Meredith Palmer, Mindy Kaling ("The 40-Year-Old Virgin") as Kelly Kapoor, Angela Kinsey ("Tripping Forward") as Angela Martin, Paul Lieberstein (writer, "King of the Hill") as Toby Flenderson, Oscar Nuñez ("Halfway Home") as Oscar Martinez, Phyllis Smith ("Arrested Development") as Phyllis Lapin, Creed Bratton (former member of The Grass Roots) as Creed Bratton and Craig Robinson ("Curb Your Enthusiasm") as Darryl Philbin.
